During an interview on a local TV station, media figure Bina Baibe did not hide her disdain for Mary Nambwayo, making it clear she felt their conflict was entirely unresolved. “I never asked to be forgiven because I didn’t do anything wrong,” she said in a bold manner. “I am very bitter about her, and I actually asked KT not to put me in the same room with her because I could have easily beaten her.”
Bina Baibe explained that forgiving was never in her agenda, claiming that KT Events was responsible for organizing the meeting. She did, however, express that all the attempts to get her to forgive were uninteresting for her personally.
These words are astonishing taking into account Mary Nambwayo’s withdrawal of the defamation case against her just a week earlier. This legal showdown was settled following an infamous reconciliatory meeting managed by KT Events, alongside a myriad of other events featuring well-known celebs such as Suuna Ben and Hajji Kamoga.
On the other hand, Bina Baibe brushed away anything negative placed on her by other commentators replying that she would have proceeded with the court case as long as the circumstances were in her control. Through her statements, it is clear that even with abundant forgiveness coming from Mary Nambwayo, her feelings were far from softened.
